We ship our plants and handcrafted goods with great care, thoughtful packaging, and the intention to bring more calm, beauty, and wellness into your space.

Where We Deliver

We currently ship plants within the state of Connecticut.

Without a plant order, all other items ship within the continental United States.

Unfortunately, due to plant shipping regulations and transit times, we cannot ship outside of Connecticut, but we are working on making that option available soon.

Processing Time

  • Orders ship within 2–4 business days after being placed.

  • Live plants are shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure they arrive safely without weekend delays.

  • Orders containing only non-plant items (body care, accessories, gifts) may ship any weekday.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not ship plants if temperatures are below freezing for an extended time, as many delivery trucks are not equipped to protect plants. When needed, we will note this on our site and pause orders.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We strive to use eco-friendly shipping products for products and live plants.

  • We primarily use USPS Priority Mail and UPS 2-Day for plant shipments.

  • Standard delivery times are typically 2 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Live Plant Shipping

We take pride in carefully preparing and packing your plants:

  • Plants are shipped in breathable nursery pots with protective wrapping and padding.

  • In colder months, we include heat packs and insulation as needed.

  • Each plant comes with a care card to help it adjust to its new home.

Sending a Gift?

Absolutely!

Check the “This is a gift” box at checkout and leave a message—we’ll include a handwritten note and skip the packing slip.

Packaging & Sustainability

We use eco-conscious materials whenever possible, including recyclable boxes, kraft paper, and compostable packing peanuts. We're constantly evolving toward more sustainable choices.

Damaged or Delayed Shipments

We take every precaution, but sometimes nature has her own plans. If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging.

  2. Email us at connect@simplepurelove.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Depending on the situation, we’ll work with you on a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Please understand we cannot replace plants left outside in extreme heat, cold, or sun, or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer expedited shipping for live plants, as they need time to be packed with care.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Return & Refund Policy


At Simple. Pure. Love., we are dedicated to offering products that support your well-being and bring joy to your space. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy by product category:

Live Plants

Due to the sensitive nature of live plants, all plant sales are final. We do our best to package and ship with care, but if your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll review your claim and may offer a replacement or store credit if the issue is due to transit damage or packaging error.

Holistic Body & Home Products

We want you to love every product, but if you are unsatisfied with our products, any unused product may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Please contact us to arrange a return shipment or drop off for your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Note: We do not accept returns on used items.

Digital Downloads & Courses

Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, all sales of digital products and courses are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download or course, please let us know. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

Memberships

You may cancel your Greenhouse Membership at any time.

  • Monthly memberships will not renew after cancellation, but access continues through the paid period.

  • Annual memberships are non-refundable after 7 days. You may request a refund if you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial purchase.

Where do your products come from?

All plants are sourced from trusted, licensed wholesalers or local growers. Before sales, plants are quarantined for two weeks to assess for potential pests or other issues.

Are the plants I receive the exact ones in the photo?

We do our best to match what you see on the screen with what arrives at your door. While natural variation makes each plant unique, we guarantee the size, species, and general fullness will match the description and photos.

Do your plants come potted?

Our plants are shipped in a basic plant pot to ensure their safe travel and ease of transition. However, we also offer beautiful ceramic pots for individual sale.

Are your plants safe for pets?

We clearly label which plants are pet-friendly and which may be toxic to cats or dogs. For safety information, please refer to each product page, and feel free to message us if you have any questions.

How do I care for my plant once it arrives?

Each plant comes with a printed care card and an online guide. We also include repotting tips and watering schedules. Our blog and newsletters have extra resources.

Are your body and home products natural?

Yes! We prioritize plant-based, sustainably sourced ingredients free of synthetic fragrances, parabens, or phthalates. All items are handcrafted in small batches by ethical makers we trust.

Are your products vegan?

Many are! Products that are 100% vegan are marked, “🌿Vegan”. Please check the individual product pages or reach out if you have ingredient questions.

Where do you source your holistic items?

We work with artisans, herbalists, and ethical makers who share our values of sustainability, simplicity, and love for the natural world. Artisans are listed on most product pages.

Are you a sustainable business?

Yes—we're committed to sustainability every step of the way. From biodegradable packaging and eco-conscious product sourcing to carbon-neutral shipping options, we strive to tread lightly on Earth.

We currently ship plants within the state of Connecticut. Out-of-state shipping for live plants is a work in progress. If you live in the Litchfield County, CT, area, we offer free local pickup. Products (non-living) are shipped within the continental United States. Please see above for additional information.
