After a full, productive week it’s time for a little r&r (of course after cleaning, laundry, errands, family time…).

Bath Salts Pre-View
Using simple. pure. love. Relaxing Bath Salts, or your own blend made up of one part sea salts to two or three parts epsom salt, add two cups (or even three if you’re feeling crazy) to a full bath. Add some lavender essential oils too for added zen. Soak deeply for at least 20 minutes.
Be careful to leave your bath slowly and carefully after you’ve thoroughly soaked, as epsom salt has a way of knocking you out. Best to do this at night, before bed (and after everyone else is tucked away for the evening).
